The company navigated through the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, which brought closures, curfews, and disruptions in transportation, alongside global trade challenges. These obstacles did not deter the company and its founders, who were determined that persistence would pave the way forward and completing the journey was essential to achieving their goals."
Within three months of its establishment, the company successfully expanded its branches to provinces such as Babylon and Kirkuk, in addition to Baghdad, driven by its vision to strengthen its presence and meet market demands. Embracing a digital transformation strategy from the outset, Al-Za'eem developed a dedicated application for customers and delegates, providing a comprehensive system for customer service.
